Neolog Terms of Service

This agreement is made between Neowing Corporation, the owner of Neolog ("we", "CDJapan") website and services, and you as a user ("you", "reviewer") of Neolog. By using Neolog, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions expressed in this agreement.

1.Reviews and Comments

1. You agree that you own or are granted the right to use all contents you post on Neolog, including your reviews and comments. You also agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the contents you post do not infringe upon intellectual properties of CDJapan or any third party. While we may monitor contents you post, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content you post.
2. You grant CDJapan a royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the contents you post on Neolog for any purpose.

2.Restrictions

By using Neolog, you agree that you will not engage in the following activities:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation
2. Violate intellectual property rights
3. Post obscene, offensive, violent, or sexually explicit content
4. Post abusive, harassing, threatening or defamatory comment or any content about anyone
5. Use Neolog for commercial solicitations outside of CDJapan
6. Use Neolog for political campaigning
7. Conduct or promote any fraudulent activity
8. Impersonate any person or entity
9. By using Neolog, you agree that you do not SPAM. Abuse of any feature on Neolog to send unsolicited messages or comments indiscriminately is not allowed. Your account will be terminated on the first offense of SPAMMING.
10. Interfere or obstruct in any way with our providing of our services through Neolog.

If we determine that you have engaged in any of the activities listed above, we may (without limiting any other rights) terminate this Agreement and your Neolog account.

3.Disputes

You agree to resolve any claim or dispute that arises between you and the visitor or any other third party in connection with this Agreement and your use of Neolog and the contents you post, at your own expense.

4.Disclaimer

CDJapan will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Neolog and or from any services or contents provided through Neolog. We do not make any warranties of any kind as to the operation of the site, and assume no liability for damages or loss arising from interruption or closing of this site for any reason.

5. Breach of Agreement

If we determine that you have violated any term expressed in this Agreement, we may terminate this agreement and your Neolog account. We may also delete any content you post we determine to violate the terms of this agreement. By using Neolog, you agree that we may make any such decision in our sole discretion and that the decision we make is final.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions expressed in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the Neolog website. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON THE NEOLOG WEBSITE SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

8. Governing Law

The laws of Japan will govern this Agreement without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
