I enjoy all sorts of Japanese music, though I tend to favor guitar rock a bit more than the rest (I'll usually give most anything a listen or two, however). I also enjoy the occasional anime, as well as Asian horror films.
I also enjoy drawing and painting.

The A-side starts out with just Ringo's voice and an acoustic guitar, but builds into a full band performance, retaining elements of both a mid-tempo rock ballad and a loud, screeching rock number. Also, Ringo's voice is in excellent form, though she generally refrains from any of the quirky vocal inflections she's often known for.
The B-side is a bit more experimental, with backing that sounds like it's largely synthesized, and subdued singing from Ringo, which sounds almost like a whisper at times. It also shows that Ringo is still eager and willing to make music that is challenging and doesn't conform to rock norms.
I don't believe either song on this single was released on Ringo's subsequent album, "Superficial Gossip," so definitely pick this up, even if you have that album.
