Puffy's second hits album released in Japan; the track list of which was determined by online fan-voting. Despite that, you can probably guess most of the songs on it: most of their best-known hits, and all the single A-sides that weren't on the last best-of.

Despite that, there are a few surprises...like the appearance of the album cut "Invisible Tomorrow," and the cover of the Blue Hearts' "Hitoni Yasishiku." Besides that, there is one new song, "Otomemoriaru," written by the Merrymakers. Additionally, the limited edition comes with a bonus CD featuring one live track, and three songs that were previously only available on Puffy's CDs in the U.S.

This best-of isn't quite as memorable as Puffy's first one, but it's a nice place to get most of Puffy's latter-day singles in one place, along with some other quality songs.
