The good: this compilation album is a godsend if you want the various songs Puffy has performed for various tribute albums over the years (though it is missing "Motto" from the Judy and Mary tribute album that was released at around the same time).

The bad is that the songs often aren't that great -- this is somewhat expected, since bands don't often put their best work out on tribute albums. Many of the tracks (like Guitar Wolf's "Can-Nana Fever") wouldn't make the cut on Puffy's own records, and the bonus tracks aren't very awe-inspiring -- two versions of "Hi Hi" (one in Spanish, one in Portuguese) and Ami and Yumi singing "Happy Birthday."

There are some good tracks, though, like the rough rock take on Seiko Matsuda's "Tenshi no Wink," and the covers of "Frontier no Pioneer" (similar, but better, than the version released on the "All Because of You" single), "Radio Tokyo" (from "Splurge") and "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds."

There is also one new track recorded for the compilation -- "Nichiyoubi yori no Shisha," originally done by the High-Lows for the "Zebraman" soundtrack. Puffy's own version is similar to the original, and is enjoyable.

This album is probably for those who want everything Puffy has recorded in their collection. As a compilation it's nice that it collects so many disparate songs, but the quality of said songs could be much, much better.
