Odin Sphere was a game that really brought a refreshing new look at the RPG. If the characters and story didn't stand out enough, then it's probably the fault of the music, for being way too good.
Odin Sphere's soundtrack contains 2 discs full of gorgeous Orchestral and instrumental BGM as well as all the songs. The music in this series evokes a wide range of feelings and lulls you into an aural experience, filling you with feelings of adventure, journey, love, sadness and hope.
You don't need to play the game or even hear of it, this soundtrack alone is a force to reckon with, whether you're a fan or not. If you're for a sweeping musical experience, you don't need to look any further!
One of few albums that truly deserves more than the 5 stars you could give it here.
